20130812(一)
由於下一周8/18有新北鐵人三項賽的關係,周末並沒有 大動作的跑步,而是周日從台北返新竹後即前往竹科的泳池去練泳。還是只能以自由、蛙式混合著游,沒記錯的話是200自由+500混+800混+300輕鬆混合,合計約1800m。在1500m前最後的300m曾計時了一下,約費時8.5mins,也就是說若用這般速度1500m需43mins左右,好像跟上一次比賽時差不多(雖然最近感覺自由的水感好很多),看來18日也是只能達到"游完"的水平,跟目標35min內還有一段練習路要走。
今天早上身體明顯的有些疲累,起床後只能在練習台上踩單車25mins。

今天上午先踩單車練習台15mins,再輕鬆跑園區5k(pace約6.5min/k)。

早上在飯店泳池隨便游,游20mins。周日就要三項賽了,再怎麼練也不會有突破性的發展,倒是下個月15日還有一場鐵人三項,希望能有較充足的準備下成績可以達到目標三小時以內(游35單車80跑60),目前三項合併每一項都不可能達到這樣的理想地步,其中游泳的部份是難度稍高的一項,因為以"單項進行"來說,後二項我都有把握可以達成,但游泳就不是這樣,怎麼游就是超過40mins,所以在接下來的一個月還是得在跑步的訓練計畫中穿插加入0-1650的泳訓。
